If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify Très Lucy at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation to avoid an automatic cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. 

Appointments made less than 24 hours prior to the reserved time must cancel at least 4 hours of the reserved time or be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. 
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
You will be required to settle your outstanding balance before being able to reserve a new appointment time. 

If you are ten (10) or more minutes late to your reservation, your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. 

If you are late for your appointment, we will complete the service to the scheduled end time, however, out of respect for the successive clients, we may be unable to accommodate extending service time outside the originally reserved appointment. 

Please keep in mind that appointments are available first-come-first-serve and are subject to availability. 

Clients under the age of 18 need to have their parent or legal guardian sign the consent form at least 24 hours in advance of their reserved appointment time. Failure to have proper authorization 24 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will result in cancellation of service and will be subject to associated cancellation fees.

Please notify Très Lucy if a young child will be accompanying you to your appointment. We LOVE kids, but want to ensure everyone’s safety during services rendered. If in doubt about your child’s behavior, please make a responsible decision. Très Lucy and it’s affiliates will not be held liable of damages or accidents.

No refunds or discounts will be issued after services rendered. All sales are final. No exceptions.
